Role Profile
Due to continued expansion within the UK and an operational restructure, my client is looking to recruit a DC Manager for their depot based in Midlands. My client is a market leader within the retail industry, supplying stores located across the whole of the UK. Reporting in to the Logistics Manager, the DC Manager will be fully responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective running of the warehouse and transport operation. Responsible for a team of managers and circa 100 warehouse and driving staff, you will ensure that all KPIs are achieved whilst keeping costs to a minimum.

Skills & Experience
You will have a proven track record in logistics management with experience in managing a complete warehousing and transport DC operation. You will have excellent people management skills, with the ability to manage, motivate and develop your team. You will also have very good engagement skills with both internal and external customers. A positive attitude to service delivery and quality will be essential. CPC National would be advantageous but not essential.
