Role Profile

My client, who is a major 3PL, is looking for a Distribution Manager to be based at their site in the East Midlands. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse pick operation, despatch department and transport operation.



Skills and Experiences

To be successful in applying for this role, it is essential that you have experience of managing transport operations within a fast paced distribution environment. Ideally you will come from a 3PL background, with a strong focus on dealing with demanding customers, both internal and external. You will have the ability to develop a transport operation and make the required changes to processes and procedures in order to streamline the operation. National CPC would be advantageous.
