Parts Advisor - Search and Selection (Franchised Dealership Opportunities)

Brand: Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles

Responsible for serving parts to retail and workshop customers, both customer facing and telephone requests. Unpacking deliveries, stock control, arranging accessory displays, producing repair orders and generating parts sales.

Previous parts experience is required for this busy role, excellent communication skills are needed along with strong organisational qualities. You will need a flexible attitude and be able to offer exceptional levels of customer service.

Please note that you will be required to work to a Saturday rota.
