2009 has been a difficult year for the recruitment market. However, this is changing and the 'green shoots' of recovery has started. To ensure Cast UK are at the forefront of this recovery, we are looking for talented individuals to join our business and help with the growth in 2010 and beyond.

We are looking to strengthen our already established brand in professional recruitment within the Purchasing & Supply Chain market. With this in mind, we are looking for individuals with either Purchasing or Supply Chain recruitment or operational experience. In both cases, you will have a real desire to succeed and have a natural flair for sales. You will be organised, articulate and ideally be degree qualified.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and consulting with middle management & senior executive candidates on their career aspirations as well as forging strong relationships with clients and companies. You will be fully responsible for developing and expanding your market sector and identifying new business opportunities. You will be expected to work as part of a team and develop excellent working relationships both internally and externally.
