Automotive Service Advisor required in Chester,

£16k - 17k plus Performance Related Bonus OTE £22k+

Mon - Fri 8.45 - 17.45pm, Sat on rota


Perfect Placement Automotive Recruitment requires an experienced Service Advisor for our Motor Trade clients in Chester, Cheshire.

A customer Service Advisor deals directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required. They will handle administrative and customer relations aspects of service department operations.

You will be required to have previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor from with in a Franchised Main Dealership, you must be able to move towards every situation with a desire to understand and deliver. Always paying attention effectively and communicate clearly. You will use every contact with the customer to build a relationship taking responsibility to ensure nothing is left to chance

You will be educated to a Minimum GCSE in Maths and English and have previous Experience working with in a busy Motor Trade Service Department.
