The company is looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to work on their social work desk.

*** The role would suit a SALES driven, MONEY motivated individual who MUST have experience in TELESALES and who has the passion to succeed in a sales environment..***

The role that they offer is an excellent opportunity. They have a structured 4 week training programme in place and excellent career progression. After the first year the successful candidate is expected to be earning in excess of £30k and can move up to team leader and start recruiting into their own team after hitting targets along the way.

They are a growing agency consultants taken on now will be future team leaders. They are approved and preferred supplier to several dozen charities and councils and have a regular flow of incoming jobs to work on.

The environment is a busy professional environment and working hours are 9-6pm Monday to Friday based in central Preston.
