Role Profile

Our client, who is an industry leader in chemical and tanker logistics, is looking to recruit a Transport Planner for their operation in Manchester. The role will involve planning deliveries throughout the UK and Europe and will report in to the Transport Manager. Hours of work will be 08:00 - 17:00hrs but flexibility will be required to suit the needs of the business and on call responsibility will be required at times.



Skills & Experience

You will be a proven transport planner with 2 to 3 years experience of working within a chemical and/or tanker environment. You will have the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. You must also be able to work under pressure and possess strong written and oral skills. A National CPC is essential for this role and an International CPC is desirable.
