Role Profile

Our client, who is a market leader in retail, is looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor for one of their depots in West Yorkshire. Responsibilities of the role will include managing a team of Operatives, Clerks and Team Leaders within the DC. You will manage productivity, throughput, stock turnaround and quality whilst promoting continuous improvement within your team.



Skills and Experiences

To be successful in applying for this role you will have previous experience of working within a large scale warehouse and experience of managing a team of warehouse operatives. You will ideally come from a 3PL/Retail background. You will possess the ability to lead, coach and develop your team and you will have a good understanding of H&S within a warehousing environment. Candidates will ideally have worked within a retail distribution background although this is not essential.
