Night Workshop Supervisor/Technician - Search and Selection (Franchised Dealership Opportunities)

As a Night Workshop Supervisor/Technician, you will be responsible for supervising the workshop team to achieve the highest possible levels of performance, monitoring workshop loading, ensuring continuity and maximising the use of available resources. You will be dealing on a night to night basis with customers, taking receipt of their vehicles, confirming their requirements and taking responsibility for their vehicles during its time at the depot.

For this role you will have practical experience in an After Sales environment, have good basic administrational knowledge, be numerate and literate and be able to demonstrate good people management skills and a good understanding of team dynamics.

The successful candidate will also be self-organised, of calm and even temperament, be a good communicator and possess first class customer service skills.
