1. The Ursa Lubricants Prize Draw is open to any UK residents aged 18 or over excluding  the Promoter’s staff, their families, agents of Chevron Limited  (“the Promoter”) or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the Ursa Lubricants Prize Draw.

2. You can enter the prize draw by correctly answering all the multiple choice questions on the website and submitting your answers via the website. If you have correctly answered all questions, your details will be entered into the prize draw. All completed questions must be submitted by midnight (GMT) on the 30th April 2008.  The prize draw is free to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All winners will be randomly selected.

3. There are 5 Ginetta Racing Jackets to be won. Each winner will receive one jacket. There is no cash or alternative to the prizes in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable except as stated in these terms.

4. The prize draw will take place within 28 days of the closing date. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the prize draw by letter sent via post or email. A list of winners (name and county) will be available upon written request sent to us at Chevron Global Lubricants, Dorcan House, Eldene Drive, Swindon SN3 3TX.5. Winners will receive their prize by post. No responsibility is taken for non receipt of prizes or loss of prizes after dispatch.

6. If a winner (“Initial Winner”) cannot be located or contacted after the Promoter’s reasonable efforts or a prize cannot be delivered for any reason, Promoter reserves the right to randomly select another winner and award the relevant prize to such winner without any liability to the Initial Winner. 

7. Entries will not be returned.

8. No responsibility is taken for non receipt of entries, entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete.

9. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions.

11. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions as necessary including changing the closing date due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control. The prize draw will be governed by English law.

12. Personal details provided on the entry form will be used for the purposes of notifying winners. In addition, if you have given us permission your details may be used for keeping you informed about our products and services as well as third party products and services and your information may be passed to  third parties for such purposes.
